Leasing Manager - Grade A Office Portfolio
My client is a top-tier developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for potential candidates for their office portfolio. The team is western and flexible and they are looking for open-minded and proactive candidates to join.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining relationships with tenants
- Engaging with potential and current clients for new leases, renewals, and rent adjustments, while preparing relevant documentation
- Managing tenant fit-out projects and overseeing budget compliance
- Supporting the daily operations, maintenance, and enhancement of properties in the portfolio
REQUIREMENTS
- A university graduate, with professional credentials in General Practice Surveying from HKIS or RICS is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing and property management
- Developing business networks and cultivating strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies, and partners
- Speak fluent English, non-local candidates will also be considered
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service
- Knowledge of sustainability and digitalization is a plus
