Leasing, Officer to Manager level (Multiple Openings)

My clients are top-tier developers in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for potential candidates for their retail portfolio. Multiple openings in various levels, commensurate with candidates' capabilities and experiences.

Multiple openings - Officer to Manager grade for different developers in Hong Kong

Duties:

• Handle daily retail leasing enquires
• Oversee all leasing-related matters, such as tenant management, leasing negotiations, leasing inquiries, pre-lease management, new rentals, and leasing proposal documents
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
• Conduct market research
• Strategic planning and budget planning

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• Junior to Management Level Openings, depends on experience
• Experience in leasing or related role in real estate industry
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
