Our client is looking for an Assistant Manger to join their Property Valuation team :

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations, including market research, data analysis, modeling, and report preparation,carrying out project feasibility .
• Manage and respond to inquiries and requests for valuations and land searches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, addressing questions about methodology, the accuracy of comparable data, and the reasoning behind conclusions or opinions.
• Lead and oversee a team of valuers in executing valuation tasks with precision.Provide mentor ship and guidance to ensure successful task completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in property management / real estate / surveying or any related filed .
• 3-6 years' experience in property valuation , preferably both China and Hong Kong market .
• Chartedship / HKIS / RICS member.
• Good command in Chinese and English.
