Leasing, AM - SM (Retail, 3 openings)

Multiple openings - AM - SM grade for different developers in Hong Kong

Duties:

• Handle daily retail leasing enquires
• Oversee all leasing-related matters, such as tenant management, leasing negotiations, leasing inquiries, pre-lease management, new rentals, and leasing proposal documents
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
• Conduct market research
• Strategic planning and budget planning
  
  

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• AM to SM Level Openings, depends on experience
• 8+ years of experience in leasing or related role in real estate industry
• Working experience in top-tier developers and sizable portfolio
• Pre-leasing experience will be a plus
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
