Customer Services - Senior Officer (Property Handover)

My client is a well-known developer and they are hiring Senior Officer for customer service team (handover, residential project) to handle customer interaction, follow up works progress, participate in planning the handover of new developments, as well as assist on training of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for property handover and aftersales service
  • Assist in handling complaints and customer enquiries
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill operational needs
  • Maintain the brand name of the company during handover and beyond.
  • Assist in building a superior brand standard in all upcoming projects.
  • Monitor all defect rectification works are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Handle defect enquiries and complaints from owners and residents.
  • Follow up with owners and residents' enquiries and complaints.
  • Coach and support teammates by providing training on delivering excellent service to all customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent disciplines
  • 4 years+ experience in property handover and real estate aftersales services
  • Experience in handover of upscale residential properties is a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
