Leasing SO-AM (Residential Project)

My client is a top-tier developers in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for potential leasing candidates for their luxury residential leasing team. SO-AM levels, depends on exp.

Residential Portfolio - Luxury Apartment / Housing

Duties:

• Handle daily leasing enquires
• Oversee all leasing-related matters, such as tenant management, leasing negotiations, leasing inquiries, pre-lease management, new rentals, and leasing proposal documents
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
• Conduct market research
• Strategic planning and budget planning

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• Officer to AM Level Openings, depends on experience
• 3 year+ Experience in leasing or property management or related sectors in real estate industry
• Working experience in top-tier developers will be a plus
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
