Property Sales, AM (on-site)

My client is a well-known development in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for the first hand residential project, station in sales office.

Job Description:

• Manage the sales team and communicate with real estate agents to help the manager reach growth and sales goals.
• Help Manager to evaluate and analyze the business landscape to generate more sales
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Group’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Encourage and support the establishment of a work environment that recognizes both individual and team accomplishments with open and effective communication
• Assist in development of a team of sales-focused sales staff and provide support to any sales staff to close deals.
• Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in surveying, marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ experience preferably in sales of residential properties in property developers
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales) Ordinance
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
