Leasing Manager (Family Office)

My client is a family business in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a potential leasing manager to handle their office (mainly) and retail portfolio in Hong Kong. They are looking for an outgoing, independent and proactive leasing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities, including sourcing potential tenants, conducting negotiations, and handling the contract process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Attend relevant industry events and functions to expand the tenant network and promote our properties.
• Oversee and manage the lease contract process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Implement marketing materials and related reports.
• Oversee service provider’s performance and collaborate with agency on searching new prospects.
• Act as the main point of contact for existing tenants, handling any inquiries or leasing-related issues promptly and professionally.
• ⁠Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
• ⁠Proactively contribute to the success of the department, taking initiative in problem-solving and driving leasing performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related aspect
• ⁠More than 5 years of experience in commercial leasing or a related field.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be presentable and professional.
• ⁠Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• ⁠Strong negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
