Assistant Manager, Property Sales | welcome agency background

We are seeking for an Assistant Manager, Property Sales.

Duties:

  • Support the Manager in achieving growth and meeting sales targets by managing the sales team and coordinating with property agents.
  • Evaluate and analyze the business environment to boost sales.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, as directed by the Sales Manager, to expand the Group’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Foster a work environment that acknowledges both individual and team achievements through open and effective communication.
  • Help develop a team of sales-focused staff and provide support to close deals.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in surveying, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in residential property sales.
  • Welcome candidates with local agency / international agency background.
  • Knowledge of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
