Senior Research Analyst - Retail Market

Our client is a well-known developer. They are looking for a senior analyst strong in research and business analysis, interested in retail market and shopping malls.

Responsibilities:

  • Study HK shopping malls and retail market through resarch and visits for analysis and reporting
  • Conduct research on malls, retail-and-tourism related topics and economic data to monitor market trend
  • Provide findings and insights to conduct recommendations and presentation for internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain databases and help with data consolidation and analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Communication, Sociology, Psychology or related discipline
  • Over 2 years’ experience in market research or business analysis
  • Familiarity with retail and shopping malls would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skill and able to summarize / highlight key insights
  • Proven English proficiency
