Leasing, Senior Officer to AGM level

My clients are top-tier developers in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for potential candidates for their retail, office, industrial and residential portfolios. Multiple openings in various levels, commensurate with candidates' capabilities and experiences.

Multiple openings - Junior to Senior Level Leasing Roles for HK Well-known Developers / F&B (Tenant side leasing)

Duties:

  • Handle daily retail leasing enquires
  • Oversee all leasing-related matters, such as tenant management, leasing negotiations, leasing inquiries, pre-lease management, new rentals, and leasing proposal documents
  • Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
  • Conduct market research
  • Strategic planning and budget planning

Requirements:

  • Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Junior to Management Level Openings, depends on experience
  • Experience in leasing or related role in real estate industry
  • Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
