Leasing Manager | Tenant Side, F&B

My clients are sizeable restaurant groups in Hong Kong. They are searching for a Leasing Manager to manager their shops.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of all leasing-related tasks, e.g. new leases, renewals, budget preparation, tenant relations, and brand relaunch administration
• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing new locations, and extending leases on current stores
• Perform financial assessments, feasibility studies, and site analyses
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and oversee the leasing reports' preparation
• Fulfil organizational objectives and build a high-performing team
• Sustain and cultivate a positive rapport with real estate brokers and landlords
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Requires a degree in business management, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of pertinent leasing experience, 5 years spent in management roles, ideally in chain retailers
• Robust network in Hong Kong's commercial real estate industry; foreign experience is advantageous
• Strong market expertise in real estate and food and beverage Strong analytical, negotiating, and presenting abilities
• Self-driven, disciplined, self-sufficient, and possessing a strong sense of accountability
• Outstanding proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English both written and spoken
• Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint among other MS Office programs
