Quantity Surveyor (E&M)

QS / PQS (E&M)

Responsibilities:

• Support the review and evaluation of tender or contract documents.
• Assist in the preparation of contractual matters, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Draft and prepare sub-contract agreements.
• Handle settlement of variations and final accounts.
• Provide assistance in managing arbitration and litigation cases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the E&M sector.
• Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) is an advantage.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, highly motivated, and an excellent team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.)
