Delivery Manager (Stage, Theme Park, Theater)

A global live event engineering firm seeks Delivery Manager in Hong Kong Island to lead site delivery (planning to handover) and multidisciplinary teams for stage, theme park, and theatre projects.

Key responsibilities:

As Delivery Manager, you will manage end-to-end delivery of stage, theme park, and theatre projects, guiding teams, coordinating operations, and driving safe, high-performance execution.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team through coaching, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and career growth planning
• Drive a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in mindful leadership, psychological safety, and accountability
• Oversee workforce planning and scheduling, coordinating staffing, shifts, and resource allocation across projects
• Manage department operations including training compliance, certifications, inventory, and working time adherence
• Act as a key liaison across teams, ensuring effective communication, smooth delivery, and alignment with project and business needs

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring experience leading technical teams, managing schedules, and fostering a high-performance, supportive culture.

• Proven experience coaching and developing technical teams, including performance management and skills planning
• Strong ability to interpret project schedules and staffing requirements
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English (to HKDSE English Level 4) required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred
• Knowledge of regional labour practices, safety standards, and cultural norms
