Project Lead - Facilities Engineering (Office Expansion)
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead (Facilities Engineer) to join a dynamic team responsible for office infrastructure, maintenance, and major relocation projects. This role will play a key part in managing the upcoming move to a new office tower and overseeing office build-outs and expansions across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale office relocation and build projects, including a major move to a new building.
- Oversee office maintenance and facilities operations for multiple locations, primarily in Hong Kong, with occasional support for APAC.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure alignment on standards and project execution.
- Manage and coordinate data center build requirements as part of office infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to a small team, reporting directly to the department head.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in facilities engineering and project management.
- Proven experience in office build-outs and data center projects in financial service companies
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across regions, with a focus on Hong Kong.
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to Hong Kong.
- Speak fluent English
