Senior Project Coordinator (OEM, Electronics)

A leading electronics manufacturer is hiring a Project Coordinator to be in charge of the production project management & technical customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of engineering solutions within budget and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project objectives and resolve technical challenges
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and progress reports, to ensure clear communication among stakeholders
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to management, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
  • 3 years' experience in project engineering/management
  • Industry background in industrial/automotive is a strong plus
  • Experience working with production site/factory is desired
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • 5-day station in Guangdong province
