工程監督 Clerk of works | Developer

My client is a sizeable property developer in Hong Kong. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clerk of Works to manage and oversee their residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site representative of the developer
  • Carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Clerk of Works as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook (SAH)
  • Manage and monitor the site activities and [progress
  • Performing supervisory duties
  • Coordinate with the main contractor and sub-contractors to ensure site progress is in accordance with agreed scheme and budget
  • Monitor and promote site safety and environmental management
  • Prepare daily site reports and bi-weekly progress reports, and present the project's advancement to the site management team during meetings

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Building Construction or other related qualifications
  • Min 5 years of experience in COW / on-site management, with a proven track record of working on high-end residential and commercial projects
  • Prior experience in developer side is an advantage
  • Thorough understanding of Building Regulations and proficiency in the coordination of services and construction details
  • Good communication and coordination skills to deal with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
