Our client is looking for an Lead officer to join their team:

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of workplace operations at the office, ensuring administrative functions align with business needs and organisational standards.
  • Manage site infrastructure and access systems, including transportation, parking, and sustainability-related facilities, to optimise operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support company events, meetings, and office initiatives through effective administrative and people-related coordination.
  • Lead the planning and governance of workplace services and facilities to support a safe, efficient, and engaging employee environment.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma /Degree Holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 year's working experience in all-round office administration functions in workplace or administrative operations.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Familiar with using Excel, PowerPoint, Words, MS Form, Power Automate.
