Assistant Manager (Electronic pass/Component)

Our client is looking for Senior Production Engineer to join the team:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor a team of engineers to participate in developing, implementing and maintaining production processes, and respective trouble shooting
• Design, implement, and sustain quality assurance systems and processes tailored to component manufacturing.
• Identify and plan for the implementation of the automation, operational streamlines, and continuous improvement initiatives, and drive for the results
• Manage customer concerns with appropriate quality tools, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in component manufacturing or powder metallurgy or related field.
• Strong practical experience and knowledge of manufacturing systems and process technologies.
• Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin/English.
