Production Manager
Our client is looking for an Production Manager to join their team
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily plant operations and the machining equipment.
- Work closely with internal parties for process improvements and new product development
- Develop and implement strategic plans for production enhancement.
- Leading the production team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in E&M / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-10 years of experience in plant operations or E&M project site work and progress monitoring.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams.
