Regional Sales Director
My client is a cloud-based platform for progress monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance in construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and facility management sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Product Expertise: Understand RDrive’s digital solutions (BIM integration, asset management, inspection tools) and communicate value to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
• Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, construction tech, or facility management. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction workflows, CAFM systems, or digital transformation in engineering.
• Skills:
o Strong negotiation and presentation skills
o Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
• Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Language: English proficiency; Cantonese/Mandarin often a plus for Hong Kong market.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, data analytics, and mobile apps.
