Engineering Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop the engineering department’s growth plan in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee the management of factory equipment assets, encompassing the entire lifecycle including selection, procurement, installation, commissioning/validation/calibration, acceptance, operation, and decommissioning.
• Manage factory facilities and equipment comprehensively to ensure they remain in optimal operational condition.
• Handle factory energy management, implement energy-saving initiatives, regularly monitor and analyze energy usage, and continuously reduce energy costs.
• Lead the mid-to-long-term planning, design, and implementation of factory automation and intelligent systems.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in equipment operation and maintenance management in large, reputable pharmaceutical factories, with at least 5 years of experience managing large engineering teams.
• Familiarity with equipment lifecycle management
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and industry guidelines related to factory facilities and equipment.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; familiarity with Cantonese is preferred.
