A leading global chemical company seeks an experienced professional to drive strategic growth in technology licensing across Asia Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized technology license packages incorporating engineering services and catalyst supply for production plant construction
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners to enhance global business presence
  • Collect, monitor, analyze, and share competitive intelligence to drive market advantage
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various business units to present comprehensive package offerings
  • Negotiate technology license contracts and associated agreements
  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Engineering Services, preferably in petrochemical or chemical plants
  • Proven track record in technical marketing and sales with advanced negotiation skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of chemical plant engineering and design processes
