Quality Assurance Manager - HSEQ

My client is a well-known construction consultancy in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a quality assurance expert for their EHSQ team.

Duties:

• Support on Quality and Environmental related matters
• Arrange and oversee the internal audit of company units, initiatives, and locations, then report the results
• Create and maintain a statistical database to examine the patterns and reasons behind non-conformances within the office or group and suggest improvements
• Help the regional leader create, enhance, and carry out policies, programs, procedures, and activities to guarantee adherence to pertinent AMS standards and regulations
• Encouraging the attainment of environmental and quality goals and providing progress reports
• In charge of setting up management Reviews that point up problems that need to be addressed
• Oversee and lead the Q&E team
• Lead local communication in relating to AMS
• Consolidate Client Satisfaction Monitoring data
• Develop and provide AMS and Q & E trainings for the region
• Occasional business travel is required

Qualifications and Experiences required:

• Degree in Engineering with relevant qualifications in Quality, Environment and Health & Safety
• IRCA Lead Auditor or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in development and implementation of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 audits
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and SharePoint
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is an advantage
