Senior Manager, Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Technical Department, encompassing all aspects of facilities management, risk management, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for all stakeholders.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control all maintenance, improvement, addition & alteration (A&A), and fit‑out works; update technical standards and specifications; oversee tendering processes and contractor management.
• Lead all repair and maintenance operations, including both preventive and corrective maintenance, to enhance asset lifespan and operational performance.
• Drive proactive management of the full procurement and outsourcing cycle—covering needs assessment, vendor sourcing, quality and quantity evaluation, goods receipt, and ongoing contractor performance monitoring—ensuring alignment with budget requirements.
• Reduce incidents of all types, including health and safety issues, and ensure full regulatory compliance through robust policies, management systems, stakeholder training, and post‑incident reviews.
• Support the Group’s sustainability objectives through effective energy and waste management, environmental protection initiatives, and other green practices.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Maintenance, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 12 years of proven management experience in large-scale, multi‑functional commercial complexes, demonstrating strong leadership in a highly disciplined environment.
3. Solid professional knowledge of building systems, risk management, sustainability practices, and regulatory frameworks.
4. Recognized professional membership such as HKIE, CIBSE, IMECHE, HKIS, or equivalent.
5. Experience in smart building technologies and digital solutions is an advantage.
6. High integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
7. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
