My client is a well-known developer in HK. They are currently looking for a leader station in their mainland office to take care an office portfolio.

Reporting to Hong Kong top management and based in China, the site office team head will play a key role in driving business development and overseeing project management, administration, and the operations of the regional office.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, execute, and oversee the regional business plan for operations in China office
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the strategic and operational needs of various projects to support the Group’s expansion in the PRC market.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new development opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence and establish strong business networks across China.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and relevant parties regarding development terms and requirements.
  • Develop conceptual project plans based on market trends and site potential.
  • Supervise the establishment and implementation of corporate policies and procedures at the regional level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 10 years of leasing, property management and related experience in the PRC.
  • Strong familiarity with China’s property market, business environment, regulatory landscape, and industry practices.
  • Extensive business network and well-established relationships with relevant government authorities in China.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of functioning effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
