Community Associate (Co-working space,Grade A portfolio)

Our client is looking for an Community Associate to join their company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily centre operations, including managing meeting room reservations and responding to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, providing attentive support to members and prospective clients by addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Coordinate smooth move-in and move‑out processes for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure the centre remains clean, well-maintained, and free of defects, while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist the Centre Manager in driving operational excellence, improving sales performance, and enhancing member satisfaction through daily operational tasks and administrative duties (e.g., data entry, reporting).

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of customer service experience, ideally gained in co‑working spaces, hotel front desk operations, or club floors.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
