Community Associate (Co-working space,Grade A portfolio)
Our client is looking for an Community Associate to join their company.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily centre operations, including managing meeting room reservations and responding to calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, providing attentive support to members and prospective clients by addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate smooth move-in and move‑out processes for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

Perform routine inspections to ensure the centre remains clean, well-maintained, and free of defects, while identifying areas for improvement.

Assist the Centre Manager in driving operational excellence, improving sales performance, and enhancing member satisfaction through daily operational tasks and administrative duties (e.g., data entry, reporting).
Requirement:

Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3–6 years of customer service experience, ideally gained in co‑working spaces, hotel front desk operations, or club floors.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
