Project Lead - Workplace Relocation (Soft Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of workplace relocation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee the setup and operational readiness of a commercial kitchen as part of the new office facilities.
• Manage and monitor vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead and manage a small team.
• Provide hands-on support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and workplace management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage details while driving overall project objectives.
• Experience managing vendors and P&L for projects.
• Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Team management experience preferred.
