Head of Property Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with BMO, Cap 626, PMSA, and house rules.
• Lead and develop a professional property management team.
• Establish and optimize property management systems, workflows, and service standards.
• Manage budgets (Capex & Opex), procurement, and tender processes.
• Formulate strategies to achieve corporate goals and adapt to market changes.
• Conduct audits, update SOPs, and ensure best practices.
• Act as a coach to nurture talent within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property/Facility Management or related discipline.
• 15+ years of property management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License; professional membership (CIH, HKIH, HKIS, RICS) preferred.
• With technical or facility management background and exposure is a plus
• Professional in building operations and estate management services provided under a DMC or the BMO, work experience with multi-DMC environment would be an advantage.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific / technical issues, financial reports and legal documents.
• Able to effectively present information / Analysis / Proposal to senior management and internal & external customers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
