Assistant Technical Manager - Luxury Residential Project

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, tendering, and management of alteration, addition, and ad hoc E&M/building works projects.
• Assist in overseeing project execution, coordinating with contractors to resolve issues related to timelines, quality, and budget.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, PMSA Codes of Conduct, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in property maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of statutory submissions for Alteration and Addition Works under the Building Ordinance.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work proactively as a team player.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
