Technical Manager - APAC (Workplace)

• Oversee technical operations for ICT facility MEP systems (power, cooling, safety, security) supporting IT production systems.
• Manage design, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and security systems (UPS, HVAC, ELV, BMS, IoT, etc.).
• Lead environmental and energy management in line with ISO 14001 standards, including carbon reduction pathways and green building certifications (LEED or local equivalents).
• Coordinate physical security operations, including troubleshooting CCTV and access control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely reporting of Environmental Performance Indicators (EPI).
• Manage critical activities, incident response, and infrastructure projects (office relocation, new site setup, downsizing).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
• ISO 14001 lead auditor certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering services operations and infrastructure projects.
• Corporate Real Estate experience required; financial services/banking industry preferred.
• Proven track record in medium-sized MEP design and execution projects (~200K sq ft).
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and ITIL-based change & incident management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel within APAC.
