Assistant Maintenance Manager - Shopping Mall

My client is a top-tier developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager for their sizable shopping mall portfolio.

Responsibilities

• To supervise day to day building services repair and maintenance works and tenancy fitting out works
• To assist in the inspection of properties and commissioning of various E&M systems prior to building takeover from Project Department
• To prepare annual maintenance plan, oversee maintenance services, lead the in-house maintenance team and monitor the outsourced contractors
• To prepare and manage annual budget for maintenance and capital improvement
• To prepare tender documents and follow tendering procedure for maintenance works
• To formulate and review the maintenance policy

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in shopping arcades, seawater cooled chiller plant and central seawater pump house operation, repair and maintenance
• Member of professional institution preferred, e.g. MHKIE, MBSOMES, etc.
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience which 3 years at supervisory level in property management firm
• Solid experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of retail or office projects
