Facilities Engineer (Building Servies)

Our Client is looking for a Facilities Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise office, clubhouse, and residential maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in handling facilities management and administrative duties.
• Supervise the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and minor works related to building services.
• Monitor contractors' performance and conduct regular property inspections.
• Prepare ESG MIS reports for power and water consumption.
• Assist in vendor registration processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in building services engineering or related studies.
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities management or property management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• REW certification (Grade A or above) is an advantage.
