Facilities Engineer (Building Servies)
Our Client is looking for a Facilities Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise office, clubhouse, and residential maintenance and repair works.
- Assist in handling facilities management and administrative duties.
- Supervise the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and minor works related to building services.
- Monitor contractors' performance and conduct regular property inspections.
- Prepare ESG MIS reports for power and water consumption.
- Assist in vendor registration processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in building services engineering or related studies.
- 2–4 years of experience in facilities management or property management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
- REW certification (Grade A or above) is an advantage.
