Our Client is looking for a Technical Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Support daily operations and management of properties, including office spaces, private clubhouses, and private households.

Supervise the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and addition & alteration (A&A) works related to building services.

Monitor contractors' performance and conduct regular property inspections.

Develop and implement maintenance plans, including conducting feasibility studies, managing tendering processes, preparing quotations, formulating budgets, and ensuring cost control.

Investigate faults, oversee project execution, and track site work progress.

Coordinate with the Property Management Company on construction and maintenance activities.

Collaborate closely with the technical team at headquarters.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:


Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance within facilities management or property management.

Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

REW at Grade A or higher is an advantage.
