Property Officer - Sizable shopping mall

My client is a top-tier developers in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Property Officer for one of their large-scale shopping mall.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the management and operation of assigned property portfolios
• Coordinate tenants’ fitting out matters and day-to-day operation
• Prepare leasing and tenancy documentation
• Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively and maintain good relations with tenants
• Prepare regular reports for management review

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate / Higher Diploma holder in real estate, property management or related disciplines
• 2 years or more of experience in retail property management/leasing
• Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Good PC skills on MS Office
