Senior Building Supervisor | Office Towers

We are seeking a Senior Building Supervisor to manage a portfolio of Grade A office tower in Hong Kong Island.

Duties:

• Handle incidents, complaints, and emergencies
• Monitored performance of front-line operation team
• Conducted Building Management Training and involve in the team recruitment matters
• Monitor and oversee the daily operations and administration of the team

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate
• 8 year or above experiences in property management
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit; first aid and holder of PMP (Tier 2) license is an advantage
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
