Property Officer | Luxury Residential | Hong Kong Island

We are seeking a potential Property Officer for a luxury residential portfolio in Hong Kong Island.

Duties:

• oversee the daily operations of the highest quality residential estate and delivering quality services to customers
• Handle tenant's complains
• Manage and monitor the outsourced property service company
• Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate
• 1 year or above experiences in property and estate management
• Experience in luxury residential properties would be an advantage
• Strong communications, interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
