Senior Property Officer | Grade A Office Building

We are seeking for a potential Senior Property Officer for Grade A Office Buildings in Hong Kong Island.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality tenant services, e.g., tenancy fitting out, reinstatement coordination, etc
  • Handle tenant’s complains
  • Manage and monitor the outsourced property service company
  • Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder of Housing / Property / Facility Management
  • 5 years or above solid experience in property management
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 2) is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, with fast reaction to emergencies
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
