Facility Engineer (Client side, up to 40K, E&M, 5-day)

A client side company is hiring for an Engineer for their facility management:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of the E&M Section, including maintenance and project work
  • Coordinate and execute daily scheduled tasks related to equipment maintenance, repairs, improvements, and replacements
  • Establish standards for routine E&M maintenance work, considering resource allocation, productivity enhancement, and coordination with the operations team
  • Liaise with external contractors and monitor their performance
  • Conduct inspections and verify compliance with specifications for new installations
  • Maintain accurate records of licensing requirements, warranty claims, and follow-up actions
  • Plan and manage inventory levels for spare parts, consumables, and tools
  • Prepare tender specifications and oversee the entire tendering process, including project setup, installation, and scheduling
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards for all project work
  • Provide user training before handing over completed work
  • Lead and supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient, and legal work practices

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in E&M or property management companies
  • Educational background in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese languages
