Technical Services Manager (Developer, up to 1.1 mil)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the preservation and maintenance of building infrastructure, encompassing structural elements, HVAC systems, and electrical and mechanical apparatuses.
• Direct and synchronize the activities of the maintenance staff, steering them towards delivering safe, effective, and cost-efficient maintenance operations.
• Carry out systematic evaluations and appraisals of the building's maintenance condition to propose and implement required enhancements, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee the building's energy consumption, instigate conservation initiatives, and synchronize these actions with the organization's sustainability goals.
• Administer the inventory of replacement components and devise an effective purchasing procedure.
• Engage in the formulation and oversight of the department's financial plan.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Degree in E&M related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience following qualification, three of which should be in a supervisory capacity
• Demonstrated ability to make sound and prompt decisions to propel organizational progress.
• Commitment to accountability, both personally and professionally, with a focus on achieving set goals.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, leveraging diversity to reach shared targets.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities in managing people effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
