Senior Customer Service Executive, Residential

A leading Property Developer is searching for a Senior CS Officer to oversee their residential portfolios. Candidates with prior experiences in residential CS are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service, e.g. building and maintaining strong customer relations, collecting and recording customer profiles, understanding and anticipating customer needs
  • Contribute to different form of customer service collaterals
  • Strengthen and upkeep customer relationship via CRM management
  • Collect customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in hospitality management
  • 3 years' experience, preferably in handling customers in luxurious residential / serviced apartment / hotel properties
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion to meet and work with people of different levels, and follow-through attitude
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good experience in customer relationship building
  • High proficiency level in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
