(Senior) Building Surveyor (Developer)

Our client is a leading developer in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Building Surveyor, candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Surveyor

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and enhancements of the structural elements, plumbing, and drainage systems
  • Contribute to the creation of budget reports and suggest strategies for maintenance and improvements
  • Manage in-house technicians and external contractors in conducting regular repairs and maintenance tasks, including both corrective and scheduled maintenance activities
  • Supervise the fit-out projects undertaken by tenants
  • Address inquiries related to these areas, coordinate system upgrades, and compile technical reports

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or higher diploma in Building Surveying or a closely related field.
  • Professional Qualification like MHKIS or MRICS will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the maintenance of building structures.
  • Foster teamwork through collaboration and leverage diverse skills and perspectives to meet common objectives.
  • Possess excellent communication abilities and the capacity to interact effectively with individuals at various levels.
  • Be fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
  • Have proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
