Our client is an operator maintaining the operation of a large scale car park project in airport area
We're seeking an experienced professional to lead a maintenance team. This role involves overseeing the upkeep of automated systems, ensuring they meet client standards, departmental requirements, and statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel
- Plan and execute comprehensive maintenance services for automated systems
- Supervise routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and handle urgent repairs
- Provide expert advice on various levels of repair work
- Conduct regular site inspections and routine checks
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Essential Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Senior Maintenance Manager: Degree holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Maintenance Manager: Diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Industry Experience:
- Degree holder: Minimum 5 years of experience
- Diploma holder: Minimum 10 years of experience
Personal Qualities:
- Mature and independent individual
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
