(Senior) Maintenance Manager (Airport, large car park project)

Our client is an operator maintaining the operation of a large scale car park project in airport area

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead a maintenance team. This role involves overseeing the upkeep of automated systems, ensuring they meet client standards, departmental requirements, and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel
  • Plan and execute comprehensive maintenance services for automated systems
  • Supervise routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and handle urgent repairs
  • Provide expert advice on various levels of repair work
  • Conduct regular site inspections and routine checks
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:


Educational Background:

  • Senior Maintenance Manager: Degree holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Maintenance Manager: Diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Industry Experience:

  • Degree holder: Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Diploma holder: Minimum 10 years of experience

Personal Qualities:

  • Mature and independent individual
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
