Property Officer - Property Manager | Grade A Commercial

A leading data centre client-side company is looking for potential property management talents to manage their buildings and data centre. Candidates from commercial / office background are welcome.

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of data centre & commercial towers
  • Deliver high-quality services
  • Liaise with different vendors to carry out enhancement / maintenance projects
  • Ensure that internal policies, pertinent ordinances, and regulations are being followed

Requirements:

  • Degree in property management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management field, prior experience in managing Grade A commercial building is a plus
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Assistant Property Manager
