* Leading a team to conduct physical work for the related site work. * Management of cost and changes. * Management of safety related work and schedule. * Transfer to contractor about dedicated quality requirements and presentation routine through technical clarification. Coordination with Design team & Contractor & Related parties. * Proper Reporting & Prepare and issue Notice or Report if there is any NON-Conformance. * Organise, review & release the related KEY milestone work to next step. * Organise Construction handover. * Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action.

• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Mechanical or Chemical Equipment, preferably with education background in Chemical Equipment
• Working Experience: at least 8 years’ related working experience, at least 3 years as a team leader
• Good knowledge of Engineering
• Good knowledge of Quality control
• Good knowledge of Safety
• Good knowledge of Cost control and Change management skill
• Good knowledge of Schedule management
• Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique and can advice and train the teams members.
• Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as, GB
• Able to verify and establish Quality Plan or Inspection Testing Plan
• Able to verify and approve Non-Conformities / Corrective action
• Frequent travel or site base required according to project arrangements
• Experiences with foreign company
• Reliable and positive working attitude
• Can read specification in English. Oral English is mandatory fluent Cantonese
• Safety certification is Plus
• Occasional travel or OT required Define interventions
• Working at Hong Kong site
• Good reporting skill (Microsoft office, especially excel, PPT etc.)
