What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies by collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team through diligent account management and proactive business development activities.
  • Expand market share within designated sectors by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships with care and attention.
  • Build, manage, and support channel partners including distributors, dealers, and system integrator to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Create demand for ELV and partition solutions by conducting engaging demonstrations and maintaining regular contact with end-users, consultants, and architects.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team on events, promotions, and roadshows to enhance brand equity throughout the region.
  • Gather valuable market intelligence by soliciting feedback from customers and providing actionable insights to product management for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and demonstrating genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to ELV systems.
  • Travel overseas as required to support business initiatives, attend industry events, or strengthen relationships with international partners.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business administration, engineering disciplines, networking technologies or information technology fields is required for this position.
  • At least five years of proven experience in electronics or IT sales or channel management roles within related industries is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record of success selling ELV systems such as access controls, CCTV solutions or intrusion detection technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for presenting complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory; conversational proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous for regional collaboration.
  • A flexible approach towards evolving business demands combined with the ability to work effectively under pressure is important for thriving in this environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed demonstrates adaptability and commitment to supporting broader organisational goals.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams enhances your ability to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service ensures positive experiences at every stage of the sales process.
