They are expanding their business in HK and are hiring for a (Senior) Sales Director

Your primary responsibilities will involve surpassing our business goals and fostering profitable expansion within Hong Kong. This entails forming strategic partnerships with clients to comprehend their operations and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other managerial groups to leverage business opportunities across various regions and actively manage significant accounts.

You will oversee a sales team, necessitating your involvement in their training, advancement, and motivation, both on an individual basis and collectively. Your performance will be evaluated based not just on meeting your targets but also on your contributions to growing our business in Hong Kong. The role also requires the adoption of innovative construction products.


  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction is desirable, with an MBA or Master’s degree being advantageous.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales or marketing, including over 8 years in a leadership position overseeing a sales team with a proven track record of sales achievements or financial management, is required.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated business insight, capable of recognizing business opportunities through interactions with customers at all levels for solution-based selling and account development, aiming for both immediate and long-term business strategies.
  • Possess executive presence and the ability to establish relationships with senior executives of key clients and associations, enhancing the company's market standing and customer engagement through comprehensive offerings and active participation.
  • Excellent leadership skills, inspiring team members to excel and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and coaching team members to develop the sales pipeline.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to facilitate and influence in a dynamic and complex organizational structure.
  • Ability to innovate and articulate ideas clearly, embracing technological advancements and open to constructive criticism.
