A Leading Hong Kong organisation seeks HVAC Engineer/Senior Engineer (Maintenance/A&A), ensuring building systems performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, quotations, and technical submissions
• Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, renovation, and alteration & addition (A&A) projects
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure seamless site execution
• Perform on‑site servicing, system upgrades, diagnostics, and troubleshooting activities
• Carry out technical assessments and implement system or product improvements based on client requirements
• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical professionals and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and issue resolution
• Propose system enhancements and keep clients informed of service progress, options, and recommendations

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with strong exposure to fitting‑out and A&A projects
• Sound knowledge of building services systems, installation practices, and statutory compliance standards
