Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical and Mechanical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality residential projects by providing expert technical advice, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving innovation in engineering systems.

• Provide technical expertise on MEP design, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organisational standards
• Oversee the preparation of specifications and tender documentation for engineering systems
• Explore emerging technologies and implement energy optimisation strategies to enhance project outcomes
• Conduct quality reviews of designs and on-site workmanship to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with public utilities to identify partnership opportunities that add value to projects

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring substantial experience in managing MEP design processes within property development environments, complemented by professional accreditation and a commitment to sustainability.

• Hold a degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution
• Possess corporate membership of HKIE, IMechE, CIBSE, or IET
• Demonstrate at least five years’ post-qualification experience in MEP design and project management
• Have proven experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects for property developers
• Be proficient in BIM tools and familiar with BEAM certification processes for sustainable building practices
