Senior Building Services Manager (client side)

We are looking for a Senior Building Services Manager (client side) to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and oversees MEP design, specifications and tender documentation for engineering related systems and provisions for development projects in compatibility of statutory requirements.
• Explore new technologies/industries’ latest practices and implement in appropriate projects.
• Review the development design and tender documentation relating to building services, energy optimization and life cycle assessment in project design stage.
• Conduct quality review of workmanship of on-site works.
• Liaise with public utility companies to explore collaboration opportunities in appropriate projects.
• Assist in preparing business plan for the division.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Corporate Member of professional institution of HKIE, IMechE, CIBSE or IET.
• At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in design practices and project management with comprehensive MEP expertise. Must have relevant work experience from property developer.
• Familiar with government ordinances and regulations.
• Solid experience in BIM and well-versed in BEAM certification.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
